 ???So if I wanted to create a house do I just do that in game then save house and upload here ???Or is there something else I should know? I've never done this but I love creating my own houses and decorating. Thanks for any answers..

Personally what I always did (ionno if it would still work) is I would build a house as normal in game, then upload it to the exchange and just post the link to the exchange; that way there is little to no possibility of me packaging it wrong or the other person downloading it wrong.

3. Export It (Share)
4. Right-Click On The .Sims3Pack
5. Send To > Compressed (Zipped) Folder
6. Upload To: http://www.modthesims3.org/upload/
7. Follow All Further Instructions
