Hi I have all expansion packs installed with zero custom content.

The game is unbelievebly slow for me running on a macbook with snow leopard. Loading isn't the issue here, game play is. Lagging has made the game impossible to use. Just the game as it is up to ambitions.

here are my specs

  Model Name:   MacBook
  Model Identifier:   MacBook3,1
Processor Name:   Intel Core 2 Duo
  Processor Speed:   2 GHz
  L2 Cache:   4 MB
  Memory:   4 GB
  Bus Speed:   800 MHz

Intel GMA X3100:

  Chipset Model:   GMA X3100
  Type:   GPU
  Bus:   Built-In
  VRAM (Total):   144 MB
  Vendor:   Intel (0x8086)
  Device ID:   0x2a02
  Revision ID:   0x0003

Try to set the graphics details at minimum, you'll gain performance but lose quality, also, the Intel GMA X3100 is not a good video chip for playing games like TS3 and its expansions, these games require more computation than a built-in chip could give, also, I think very few intel built-in cards can render a game in a good speed. Even with my Ati HD3200 I can't play this game as well. Undecided

U should try Any game starter 3 here in modthesims 3 in programs

the game will run faster than U thought it will run

Note: U should better get rid of some of the patches U've downloaded with the game
