mods STILL not working [windows vista]

Guh, i've tried everything that everyone has suggested and nothing has worked. I did the framework thing, i put the files in manually, i downloaded the monkey, and my mods still don't work. Well, most of them anyway. Two of them do, which is quite possibly more confusing than having nothing work at all...

Anybody know anything new? :<

Open the config file in word pad and make sure it as the following info in it. If it doesn't look the same then copy and past the following into the pad and save. My mods now work!
